Lihong Safety and Suzhou Ango Intelligent Safety participated in the drafting of two standards: GB/T 38225-2019 "Technical Conditions for Safety Relays for Machinery Safety" and GB/T 38272-2019 "Guidelines for Safety Upgrade of Machinery Safety Machinery and Equipment" It was formally implemented on May 1, 2020 and July 1, 2020. It is worth mentioning that Ango as the main drafting unit participated in the formulation of the latter standard, which not only increased the visibility of Ango Intelligence and Lihong Security, but also further laid the industry influence. Lihong and Ango currently serve as the leader unit of the national robot industry safety standardization working group, the national intelligent safety standardization working group leader unit, and the national machinery safety standardization committee standard drafting enterprise. Some members of the company serve as members of various international ISO, IEC and national GB standard technical committees and participate in the drafting and revision of multiple international and national smart safety standards.

GB/T 38272-2019 "Guidelines for Machinery Safety Machinery Equipment Safety Upgrade" was issued by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and the China National Standardization Administration in December 2019 and will be implemented on July 1, 2020. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee. Lihong Angao participated in the formulation of the standard as the main drafting unit. Lihong Safety has more than 10 years of practical experience in the transformation of safety equipment. Lihong has assembled a number of experts to work together to standardize the requirements and standards for equipment lifting and transformation of enterprises.

This standard specifies the terms and definitions for the safety upgrade of machinery and equipment, and gives guidelines for the safety upgrade of machinery and equipment. This standard applies to the safety upgrade of in-service machinery and equipment, and does not apply to the machinery and equipment specifically prescribed by existing national laws and regulations, such as special equipment.

GB/T 38225-2019 "Technical Conditions for Mechanical Safety and Safety Relays" was issued by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and the China National Standardization Management Committee in October 2019 and will be officially implemented on May 1, 2020. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee. Ango participated in the formulation as the fourth drafting unit. Since its establishment in 2018, Ango has established a number of intelligent safety-related R&D teams, and some products have been released. Including safety relays, as a drafting unit, we provide our experience and various suggestions and opinions in the process of development and use.

This standard specifies the technical requirements of safety relays and the analysis and confirmation of safety functions, safety performance, etc. It is applicable to safety relays that combine hardware logic to realize safety functions.
